Jogging or Walking along the River while being on cure is a marvelous experience on sunny days. Less Wind and very pleasant. Highly recommended if longer in Vichy

If you are in Vichy then I would fully recommend walking along the river, perhaps stopping at one of the Riverside bars or take the higher route through the trees.
