Extremely over-prized/expensive for very average to poor quality sandals, sizes run small, the packaging is unacceptable for the price you pay and all the extra delivery costs they charge you (the sandals aren't even put in a proper box, they just send them in a bag!), totally unprofessional, unhelpful, rude personnel, they take ages to return your money back, they don't inform you at any stage through e-mail about your return, and when you call to ask them about it, they don't give you any answer claiming they're too busy(!), they alter their returns policy saying that it's not 7-10days but 7-10 working days, and in general they make you feel like you're over-reacting and as if they are doing you a favour returning your money! Biggest mistake I've ever made ordering from them. Never again
