As an out of season experience I have to say it is very beautiful. Sadly I couldn't really get to the water as we were in a rush, but I'd gladly return in warmer days. Not because of the myths and make-believes, but because the water is fabulous.

Canal d'amour was beautiful ! And stunning location for taking photos. Very busy place but managed to get photos without too many people. Only issue is that when lots of people visit, that makes a lot of litter. I'd love to go back out of season and see how different that experience is.
