Onward Talofofo Golf Club, Talofofo

Onward Talofofo is an interesting and challenging course. It may not have the exquisite ocean views that Mangilao has, but the quality of the course is very similar (and the front 9 more interesting than Mangilao's front 9). There are a lot of hills (along with some amazing valley and mountain views), enough that this course would be difficult to walk, but that's a big part of the appeal. Many fairways are bordered by jungle on at least one side, if not both. Expect to lose a few balls if you can't always hit straight (no judgement). The course is well maintained. If there was anything bad to say, outside of rainy season, the greens are a little hard and fast, and there's no pro shop. They have some essentials at the check-in window, if you need balls, a glove, or snacks. No sunscreen though... so don't forget to bring your own!

The steak is a GREAT price and tastes amazing. I paid $19 for the steak with soup, rice, finadenne, AND DESERT. I will definitely be back.
