This is my go to place for massages and waxes. The space is very relaxing. Just good vibes. The staff are always friendly and professional. The esthetician (Louise) is so efficient. Whenever I go in for a bikini wax, she completes the service so fast and I’m not laying there in discomfort for too long. She also waxes and cleans up my eyebrows so well. I feel so much better when I get my eyebrows done. Do you know how hard it is to find someone that does good eyebrows?! The massage therapists are great. They ask you what areas to concentrate on and what to avoid. They check in on you during the massage and ask if the pressure is okay. My shoulders are always so tense because I’m hunched over my computer at work most of the time. They’re able to melt all the tension away. But my favorite part is when they massage my hands. It really helps if you’ve been typing on a computer all day.

Where can I begin, the customer service is exceptional! I wanted to plan a surprise Valentine’s Day gift for my partner who is stationed overseas and even with a 15-hour time difference the customer service was impeccable. They answered any questions or concerns that I had and made the process very easy in regard to booking a service. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is searching for a location to receive massage services. Customer service is key to operating a successful business and they have exceeded expectations.
