  • I was expecting a bit more from the park, unfortunately. We visited two locations on the Tumon side of the island and found very little at the park.

  • The visitor center has a ten minute video, several exhibits, and a gift shop. There are other sites around Guam to visit that are part of the park as well. The exhibits are in multiple languages. I did feel there was a bit of whitewashing, as the American soliders were touted as the saviors to the Chamorran people. I think they could include more information about the native ways of life that were disrupted by the arrival of Westerners.
  • Great place to relax, exercise, beach time or have a party, you will love this historical park. Make your day bigen or end here. There is his and hers bathroom and an outside shower to clean up after an awesome swim. Thanks to the Park rangers who maintain this historical park.
