Unique spa setup, literally in a cave system. Water is not very warm, around 30 C. Saunas are hot. Outside snow was the icing on the cake. A kiabrandito az egeszben a tomeny hugyszag az oltozokben...

This is a amazing and beauty bath. The cave makes it perfect, with a different style and the relax is total. If you go to Hungary, you must go there.

The best joyful place you can imagine. Great place and atmosphere for the whole family. There are outside swimming pools besides the extremely amazing cave bath. Sauna are also available, thermal bathes and cold bathes are also available for everyone. Children can also play and swim in the three different pools specially designed for kids. I can give 5 starts without hesitation.

This review is not for the cave baths, it’s for the wellness center / massage services. I have been living in Hungary for 5 years and always try to stay away from the “Hungarians discriminate against foreigners” narrative/ explanation when it comes to customer service because I’ve found it to be untrue. My inter cation with the cave bath’s massage/ wellness services was the exception to my experience. Myself and three friends asked the receptionist if we could do any of the activities listed. The receptionist initially said yes but then after talking to her coworkers she changed her answer and said literal no services were available. I was very confused because we had already asked the information desk at the main entrance if the spa was open and they said yes. I explained this to the spa receptionist and asked her to explain why the spa was open if they didn’t have any services available and she just awkwardly laughed and shrugged her shoulders. I went back to the Main information desk to just double check I hadn’t misunderstood and they were all super confused because there was no reason for the spa to not be operating. I went back to the spa one last time to just make sure I had understood them correctly. When I walked through the door I saw the same receptionist who’d told me nothing was available welcome a Hungarian customer to the back for the service we had originally asked for. so if you’re a foreigner looking to go to the cave bath wellness center, id suggest having a Hungarian friend call ahead to make an appointment for you. I talked to other friends when I returned to Budapest and all of them said they had similar experiences.
