We bought a few of his hand-made leather jackets and get compliments on them all the time. Well fitted, excellent quality, and unique designs for each of us. I’ll be keeping it forever! We also bought leather wallets and purses which were one of a kind too, for great prices, something I have never been able to find in the United States. Finally, Sam treats his customers like family. He spent time matching items to our personalities and styles so that we would really enjoy our purchases. He puts the customer first. One of the buttons on my leather wallet fell off (which was not Sam’s fault) and I messaged Sam through What’s App and he had me pick out a new wallet of the same kind and OVERNIGHT shipped it to me! Bought 2 beautiful women handbags both in lovely dove gray (one for me and one for my mother) and 3 wallets today on our merry way around beautiful Florence.
