Il Battistero di Grado, Grado

It is worth visiting the early Christian baptistery, well restored, which is located next to the Basilica of Grado. Inside, various mosaics in a bright hexagonal room with a very beautiful and well preserved central basin. Outside on the driveway there are various sarcophagi, behind the baptistery a large space dedicated to the lapidary which can also be visited for free. Unfortunately, wheelchair access is not allowed due to the barriers.

Baptistery near the basilica and you can see it for free! Very interesting and nice to see from the outside it seemed less interesting and instead it was a nice surprise perhaps, in my opinion, it should have been valued more perhaps before the entrance in order to attract more people. However well maintained and I really recommend going to see it!
