Throw a coin over your left shoulder into Trevi Fountain, the legend claims, and you are sure to eventually return to the city. Undoubtedly one of the most photographed sites in the city, the fountain was designed by architect Nicola Salvi and built in 1762. Standing at 26 m (86 ft) high and 49 m (161 ft) wide, it is the largest Baroque fountain in the city. Fans of Italian cinema easily recognize this site, which has appeared in numerous notable films, including director Federico Fellini's famed "La Dolce Vita." Absolutely loved it. Keep your belongings safe because there are a lot of sketchy people around and it's very busy. Everyone is trying to get the same photo and when taking a photo people walk in front of you. So a lot of patience is required. Plenty of places to buy a gelato to cool down and also refresh yourself with the water from the fountain. It's fantastic. Such a beautiful place. Enjoy and take in the surroundings. It's really lovely.

Remarkable is all I can say. Beautiful white marble. It was a little crowded but didn't have a problem in the month of November. Getting some really good pictures. Definitely worth a visit and it's free and you can take some time and sit and just enjoy at the moment.
