  • we had a great visit in the afternoon. Beautiful inside and out. There is a nice walkway around the premises for a leisurely strol.The town is beautiful example of an Italian small town.

  • The Abbey was founded in about the first half of 8th century, after being devasted during invasion of Germanic called @Ungheri” it was rebuilded between 960 and 965 by the Abbot Adalberto II. With the Diploma of 967, Ottone I gave the Abbey to the Patriarchate of Aquileia. Lager on 1420 it passed under the domination of the Venitian Republic which delivered it to the secular priests. It’s one of #iborghipiubelliditalia Frescoes dated betwen the XI and the XII century It’s a beautiful site
