  • I cannot say enough to praise this area. We had a whistle stop tour but we were so pleased we stopped and hiked a few km here. The area is a must. Startled by a large dear not sure who was startled...

  • Very long cycle path if you are not a real cyclist it is difficult to cover it entirely at once, very different from section to section. Yes, it can be considered the real beginning in Ospedaletto north of Gemona del Friuli, but then unfortunately the piece from Portis north of Venzone to Carnia is missing, where it is necessary to travel on a road open to traffic. The stretches from Pontebba to Tarvisio and from Tarvisio to Slovenia deserve a lot
  • Superb cycle route to cross Alto Friuli by bike and away from traffic. Being built on the old railway line, the slopes to be overcome are very slight. Along the way there are various rest points equipped with tables and benches and in some you can also find a water fountain. Highly recommended for all two-wheel lovers
