  • The only, if I’m not mistaken, contemporary museum in the area. The Paradoxa temporary exhibition that I’ve seen was very interesting. An open door to the Korean world, especially the north which is often unexplored. I also had the time to watch the lovely 2 floor permanent exposition which have paintings/drawings from big names Picasso to Chagall to De Chirico and less known ones (De Chirico’s brother). There’s loads so definitely take your time. I preferred the last floor than the middle one.
  • Nice museum with a collection of paintings and sculptures from the last two centuries, with several local artists from Udine and Friuli. Five euros for a standard ticket, felt like good value for money as there is quite a lot to look at.
