Cormor Park, Udine

I had a spare morning to spend around Udine, so I found myself this park. It takes just 20 minutes to go by bus. (Number 9 going to Citta Fiera from the train station.) The stops are right in front of the park entrance. Timetable online is a bit of a mess, but you can trust the times on each stop. If you use the machines the tickets are 1.30 eur, if you buy them directly from the driver 2eur. I haven't had anyone controlling during the journey, but I especially asked the transport people if there are any differences, they are basically the same hour-long tickets. The park is smaller than it looks, definitely but a good place to relax. I spent about 15 minutes on the swings at the playground, that in itself was worth the journey. The only problem is the constant sound of vehicles rushing by on the highway right next to it. I was alone, listening to an audio book with headphones, and unfortunately the noise was high enough to distract. It doesn't break the magic that much, but a point to make.
