  • The woodblock prints make great Okinawa gifts. This space also holds the Bokunen Art Museum. The gallery sells prints by Bokunen in all sizes from 1600 yen and up. Friendly staff can box and bubble...

  • Beautiful gallery and gift store on the bottom floor which is free to walk through. The gallery has a short video to watch the process of the artist. The works are for sale as well. To go upstairs to the museum is 800¥ and worth the price to view his art works and the scale he worked on. There is also a spiral stair case that leads to an overview of American Village beach. The signs are in Japanese. The art is absolutely stunning. 800¥ for an adult. Takes credit card and yen. Plenty of parking in American Village.
  • Nice display of vibrant, colorful works from a local Okinawan artist. The exhibit upstairs was closed at the time, but his usual work was a nice representation of his style in general. And the museum shop had some nice trinkets like well-designed chopsticks and cute tees for kids.
