Visit the sacred complex of Sefa Utaki, one of the most important holy sites of the indigenous Ryukyuan people and part of a World Heritage Site. The historic complex, made up of caves and rock formations surrounded by a verdant forest, served as a Ryukyuan place of worship for millennia until Okinawa was annexed by Japan. Admire the peaceful shrine area, which supposedly only female priestesses could enter, while the king had to dress in women’s clothes to access the site. The views were nice. It’s a little far form everywhere, so I’d only recommend it if you have a car and enough time.

My wife and I visited Sefa-Utaki last October, we been to a couple power spots before in US and Hawaii. I can feel Sefa-Utaki has a very strong energy the moment I entered, I felt vibration in my third eyes chakra the first time in my life there. We would certainly revisit this sacred place again next time, a highly recommend power spot to visit for all power spot enthusiasts.
