Visit Al Qurain Martyrs Museum to witness the battlefield during occupation of Iraq. In 1991, Kuwait freedom fighters fought against Iraqi troops; the battle began when occupation troops demanded they leave the house, which they refused. The museum stands for the freedom and the lost lives of freedom fighters. As you walk through the house you can see missing walls, and ruins which haven't changed from the battle. The bottom floor exhibits relics from the battle and tells a story about martyrs who fought for the pride of their nation. • Beautiful history at its finest showcasing the brave martyrs who stood and protected what they can. It's definitely worth a visit to understand more about the Qurain fight where a few houses combined, remaining cars, a tank and a water tank that transported people. Sadly when we visited it was closed and only PM timings on friday.
  • A beautiful place a must visit if your visiting the country and want to know about the darkest days in Kuwait those brave men who lost their lives fighting for freedom against Saddam Hussein forces. However the timings are open from 9 am till 4 pm.
