  • The things they stuffed in there! Yes, quite good and since there is so little to see in this country, it is recommended.

  • Wonderful collection. Beautiful calligraphic paintings, graceful vases and carpets, etc. Worth to spend couple of hours. Easy to find using Google maps. Big parking lot next to the museum. But be aware - on Friday only half day working time.
  • A must visit if you are into old cultures and history of Islam. There are thousands of items on display and I can't thank Mr. Tareq and his wife enough for their contributions all these years. There are 2 museums, one is a museum for Islamic Art, and another is a standard one where metalwork, weapons, and miniature items are placed. The entry fee is 2 kd and a single ticket is applicable on both the museums, so not bad at all. However, as of today the first museum is closed due to renovations and is slated to open in H1 2023. The location here is of the second museum, the first museum is just beside Sultan Center a few blocks away. The museum of Islamic Art is open. Do visit, it is really good!
