One of the best things to do when in Saipan. Make sure and go snorkeling if not diving. Beautiful place even if you just swim!

Very crowded by Chinese group tourists and Koreans, so-called, packaged tour visitors. It is recommended to go after after lunch like 1pm because most of them leave before or after lunch time. Scorching SUN but transparent sea will surprise you!
