Playa Escondida, Fajardo

This beach is beautiful and worth the hike. You might see some other fun sights on the way to it as well, like hundreds of little crabs running to their holes or pretty birds lazing in a pond. Swimming seems to be prohibited, but we saw children in the water. It seemed calm when we went.

I highly secluded beach front. Not well marked from the road, we found this in the All trails app. There is an empty park, we drove to the end of the fence and parked. Easy to walk around and that's right at a beach front, but walk down the beach to the other end and you'll find a small trail, follow along until it hits an obvious T in the trail and turn right and follow the path until you reach the pictured beach. Absolutely worth it, and the trail is very well maintained and relatively flat, we did it in flip flops.
