Palm trees and sea grape plants line the beachfront, and cliffs enclose the beach on either side. The offshore break offers moderate waves that work for beginning surfers and boogie boarders. Venture out around the cliffs to find hidden caves and climb the rock faces to jump into the water. Navio Beach can be accessed through the entrance of Sun Bay Beach; be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty here. Awsome surf site in Vieques Island 🏝

Just popped over here with a Jeep to check it out. I’m sure it’s gorgeous at a different time of year but it was COVERED in deep seaweed. And the drive out had a ton of super deep pot holes. We worried we’d bottom out in a Wrangler.
