We visited the temple on 27/12/18. Our driver drove us to the foot of the mountain. As we hiked up the mountain along the stream. It was extremely cold. We stopped by a cafe at mid mountain to drink.... more

The temple itself is very nice but the walk to it through the woods is better. A very pleasant day trip from Seoul.

Need to get on a boat near soyang dam. Tickets cost around 7000won per person. very peaceful and beautiful view.
