While in Blanes I recommend you visit Santa Maria church which was constructed a few years after 1319. The church is joined to the old palace of the Viscounts of Cabrera to form one main building. The building had a major fire in 1936 and parts were destroyed and the rebuilding of the church took ten years (1939 - 1949). Well worth visiting and entry is free.

A pleasant ancient church, which is accessible to go inside(The entry is free). This place is located in the city of Blanes and really close to the beach and restaurant area. With reference to parking spots, there’s no need to worry since there’s a parking spot right in front of the church or lots of parking areas around the city. ;)
