I originally met Jimena during the pandemic on virtual wine tastings back in the US. so when we booked this trip to Spain, I knew we had to take a tour with her. We had the best experience on Jimena’s Central Madrid wine and tapas tour! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid that wants to learn more about Spanish wine and traditional tapas. This was the highlight of our trip- Jimena gave us a ton of wine recommendations. We wished we did this at the beginning of our trip because we learned so much!! Do yourself a favor and book a tour with Jimena, you won’t regret it!
