If you go to the Nerja Caves you need to check this museum, it will give you more perspective and context about them. Besides that, it’s nice to know more about Nerja and the area, its beautiful little towers used as an alert system around 1500 ac and how and why it was founded. It’s 3 euros and the entrance right now it’s included with the ticket to the caves. Closes at 4pm.

A wonderful museum that tracks the history of the region from prehistory through modern times. Highly recommended. Entry is free if you've got your ticket for the Nerja Cave. Four large lockers are available on the ground floor, and there is a lift.
