I’ve never shopped in a proper hat shop. I googled for a hat shop and found this place because I needed a hat for my upcoming summer holiday. The female staff with short hair speaks English and is very kind, open hearted and friendly. She served my bf and me and offered a great range of hat selections they have. We eventually bought a gorgeous Panama hat for my bf and a foldable straw hat for myself. She picked a hat that looks great on me. She listened carefully for certain requests I had and was professional and kind the entire time. I usually get nervous and awkward at a shop like this where a staff serves personally for you but she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Amazing experience. Thank you very much. :)

Bought a hat in this shop but inadvertently left a bag with my jacket in it. When I discovered this about half hour later, went back to the shop to retrieve it. The woman who served me flatly denied finding anything which I believe to be untrue. DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE. They are not honest.
