The Miramar Palace (Spanish: Palacio de Miramar, also known as Palacio Municipal de Miramar or Palacio Real; Basque: Miramar jauregia) is a late 19th-century palace located on the La Concha Bay of the city of San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain. It was built in 1893 commissioned by the Spanish Royal Family, based on an 1889 project by English architect Selden Wornum.

Miramar Palace isn't open for visits inside the building. Out front, visitors walk around on the grounds admiring the flowering plants in the beds or sit on benches or on the lawn to leisurely enjoy..... more

I really do understand why the palace was built there.. the view is amazing th gardens are lovely.. when we got there unfortunately it wa late and we could not go inside but the outside was really beautiful!
