One man's obsessive toy collection eventually became L'Iber Museo de Los Soldaditos de Plomo, where over 85,000 tiny toy soldiers are arranged in elaborate displays. These figurines are not child's play, displayed in scenes recreating battles from the Napoleonic Wars, the procession of Corpus Christi, and the Battle of Almansa. The details in each miniature are such that even the fabric of the clothes seem to be blowing in the wind. Located next to the Cathedral of Valencia, the museum makes an attractive addition to the neighborhood’s romantic streets. L'Iber Museo de Los Soldaditos de Plomo is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , world travel planner Edition.

  • Great place. Many figurines with amazing details. If you expect only soldiers you're in for surprise.
  • When I tried to enter, one of the employees at the entrance told me that there is only one little showcase area, but then I went on google maps and saw lots of photos I didn't get told about. After that I went back, then showed the employees from the entrance the photos, and they told me that the museum was closing soon, even though the first time I entered I saw them let in other people in the museum. I do not recommend going to this museum because the employees are very rude and try scam you.
