  • As much a history lesson of the island as it is a rum tasting/distillery tour. Our engaging, knowledgeable guide, Bon Jovi (Kevin), shared how Old Road Rum Distillery figures into the history of St. Kitts - fascinating and difficult, built on the labor of enslaved Kittitians. The tour requires a little walking and a few steps but all worth it. Before the tasting we were treated to delicious rum drinks by master mixologist Quan, just don’t expect him to reveal everything beyond the main ingredient, Old Road Rum. I highly recommend this tour and give it 5 Stars. Each person in my group left talking about the great rum and bought several bottles to take home (remember to declare them at customs and BE SURE to pack the bottles in your packed luggage or else they’ll be confiscated at the airport for exceeding the liquid limit).
  • went to Caribelle Batiks and so enjoyed it, but followed the trail to the Old Road Rum location. Fascinating place- no one was there, but wandered around, then purchased some at the Brimstone Fort World Heritage site. Fantastic rum, especially good over ice, or shaken with Fiji Ginger Syrup. Thanks for a great product! keep on with your project please!
