Create an itinerary including Patek Philippe Museum
Discover over five centuries of watchmaking history at Patek Philippe Museum, which houses a large collection of fine timepieces and related mechanisms created from the 16th century up to the present day. Founded by one of Switzerland's leading watch manufacturers, the museum devotes a great deal of attention to the brand's own luxury products, with a special focus on modern precision pieces and lavish 19th-century pocket watches. The antique collection looks beyond the brand's best products and traces the evolution of timekeeping with displays of the finest examples of Swiss-made watches, musical automata, and portrait miniatures painted on enamel. Check the website for public and private guided tours. Put Patek Philippe Museum on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Geneva trip builder site.

  • This museum is not to be missed if you are a watch, clock or fine art fan, the 3 floors of extensive watchmaking history is amazing. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of pieces to examine...

  • Probably the best collection of timepieces that you will ever see. From the 1500s until today a beautifully displayed collection of unique pieces that are a marvel to behold.. Everything is well...

  • A great museum that I have visited twice. One of the first places that comes to my mind in Geneva. You should set aside at least two hours. Free for Press Card owner. Museum entrance fee was 10 CHF in March 2022. Unfortunately, to take a picture is not allowed inside.
  • 3 floors of watches and other items. It was easy to spend over 3 hours just learning about the history of watches and the history of Patek. I did not get the audio tour but found the signs very helpful. (there were some areas referencing an audio section that was not also explained in a sign, so I missed these areas). It was a very unique and interesting experience that gave me a much better appreciation.
