Laden: Ramseyer's Whisky Connection, Zurich

Wow, just awesome! I was looking for a good whisky shop in Zurich and eventually wanted to buy one bottle. Finally I came out with four bottles after I spent there almost two hours! The owner Markus Ramseyer makes you feel comfortable from the first second. He is really a nice guy and definitely knows a lot about Whisky. I was interested in single malt cask strength whisky and I could try five different ones. The great thing is that you can try every whisky he is selling, thus discovering new ones I would have never tried otherwise. Markus is a passionate person who loves to find out what suits to your taste and also makes you discover new tastes. From now on, I will only go there to buy new bottles as he will be my personal "whisky doctor".

This is without a doubt the most welcoming Whisky store I've ever been to. The nice gentleman guiding you through your spontaneous tasting session is as knowledgeable as generous and eagerly shares his experience with you. Bring some time when you visit - it'll be worth your while!
