Create an itinerary including Het Beatles Museum
Meet John, Paul, George, and Ringo at Het Beatles Museum, dedicated to probably the most popular band of the 20th century. Arguably the largest collection of Beatles items collected by a single person, the museum displays original band member clothing, albums, instruments, personal documents, toys, books, and comic books inspired by the four iconic musicians. Although the band never visited or played in this town, the local collector and die-hard fan Azing Moltmaker managed to compile a big collection of all things Beatles. The onsite store sells all kinds of Beatles merchandise, from books to bootleg CDs. • Nice photos but not much else. A lot about Pete best. Gift shop is a rip off. A great deal more expensive than the Beatles story . In one case an item was almost 3 times the price of the...

  • Dutch and English story boards. Lots and i mean lots of vinyl, as well as a good storyline and yes in Alkmaar. Worth a visit even if you aren’t the greatest of fans

  • Largest Beatles Museum in the world. Owner has authored 85 books on The Beatles. Thousands of Beatles memorabilia. Original recording machine from Abbey Road Studio. €15 entrance fee. Short train ride from Amsterdam. Closed Monday. Well worth it to go and see.
  • Waw guys that was really a beautiful experience. The museum is big and there are so many rare things to see. Just think that only one collector did everything himself. Azing the founder of the museum is a surprising person, source of many news on the Beatles. You could be inspired by him. I really recommend to go, take a trip to the museum, it's amazing! and you have there a super nice souvenir shop as well.
