Giverny is a small French village in Upper Normandy, best known as the rural retreat of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet (1840-1926).Start off your visit on the 27th (Wed): explore the historical opulence of Chateau des Tourelles, then explore the historical opulence of Chateau de La Roche-Guyon, then examine the collection at Fondation Claude Monet, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Eglise Sainte-Radegonde de Giverny.
