Drive from Ronda to Seville in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. In December, daytime highs in Seville are 19°C, while nighttime lows are 8°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 30th (Thu) so you can go by car to Granada.

Granada boasts numerous well-preserved examples of exquisite Moorish architecture, not the least of which is the Alhambra, an ancient citadel and royal palace.

Start off your visit on the 31st (Fri): indulge your senses at some of the top wineries in the area, then step into the grandiose world of Alhambra, and then admire the landmark architecture of Generalife. On your second day here, admire the landmark architecture of Royal Chapel of Granada, then steep yourself in history at Mirador de San Nicolas, and then wander the streets of Albayzin.

Drive from Seville to Granada in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Seville in December, with highs in Granada at 15°C and lows at 2°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 1st (Sat) early enough to drive to Nerja.

Nerja is a municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain.
