A busy city on the Gulf Coast, Biloxi is one of the nation's oldest communities, first settled by Europeans in 1699.Explore Biloxi's surroundings by going to Bamahenge (in Elberta), Gulf Shores Dog Park (in Gulf Shores) and Dolphin & Whale Watching (in Orange Beach). There's still lots to do: learn about all things military at USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park, explore the different monuments and memorials at Confederate Rest Cemetery, kick back and relax at Biloxi Beach, and take an in-depth tour of Mobile Police History Museum.
