Long known as one of the most important urban centers of medieval Germany, Magdeburg today boasts both an impressive historical core and a booming tech industry.
Venture out of the city with trips to Marienberg (in Brandenburg City), Kurfurstendenkmal (in Rathenow) and Wittenberg (Stadtkirche, Tierpark, &more).
