Famous for its original medieval district, Tours is famous for its cafes that serve regional wines and interesting architectural bridges crossing the river Loire.Venture out of the city with trips to Chateau de Chenonceau (in Chenonceaux), Futuroscope (in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou) and Chateau de Loches (in Loches). Spend the 22nd (Wed) in the animal kingdom at ZooParc de Beauval.
