Porto-Vecchio — 1 night

Porto-Vecchio is a commune in the Corse-du-Sud department of France on the island of Corsica. Kick off your visit on the 20th (Sat): steep yourself in history at Bonifacio Citadel and then don't miss a visit to Escalier du Roi d'Aragon. Here are some ideas for day two: identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas, then stroll through Plage de Palombaggia, and then kick back and relax at Plage de Santa Giulia.
