The country's capital and largest city, Berlin is a diverse urban center boasting a lively nightlife and countless things to do.
Berlin is known for sightseeing, museums, and historic sites. Your trip includes some of its best attractions: pause for some photo ops at Brandenburg Gate, take in nature's colorful creations at Großer Tiergarten, see the interesting displays at Topography of Terror, and contemplate the long history of Mauermuseum - Museum Haus am Checkpoint Charlie.

Dallas, USA to Berlin is an approximately 17-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 7 hours traveling from Dallas to Berlin. Cap off your sightseeing on the 18th (Wed) early enough to catch the flight to Munich.

Often described as the city of laptops and lederhosen, Munich is an international center of business, engineering, research, and medicine that still maintains a rich cultural heritage and age-old traditions.
On the 19th (Thu), steep yourself in history at Nymphenburg Palace, then enjoy breathtaking views from Frauenkirche, and then don't miss a visit to Marienplatz.

You can fly from Berlin to Munich in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. Expect a daytime high around 64°F in May, and nighttime lows around 46°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 19th (Thu) so you can fly to Cannes.

Cannes, France — 2 nights

Although its luxury shops, nightlife, casinos, and high-end restaurants give Cannes a feeling of exclusivity, this classic French Riviera city has alternatives to suit every budget.
On the 20th (Fri), don't miss a visit to Massif de l'Esterel. On your second day here, make a trip to Promenade des Anglais and then get great views at Colline du Chateau overlook.
