On the 11th (Fri), admire the landmark architecture of Sainte-Chapelle, stroll around Luxembourg Gardens, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Montmartre, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre. On the 12th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: explore the world behind art at Musee d'Orsay, then pause for some photo ops at Arc de Triomphe, then contemplate the long history of Eiffel Tower, and finally take in nature's colorful creations at Jardin des Tuileries.

Kick off your visit on the 13th (Sun): do a tasting at Champagne Taittinger, then admire the landmark architecture of Basilique Saint-Remi, and then admire the striking features of Palais du Tau. On the 14th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get engrossed in the history at Museum of the Surrender, then do a tasting at Champagnes Pommery, then admire the masterpieces at Musee des Beaux-Arts, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Reims.

Traveling by train from Paris to Reims takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In February in Reims, expect temperatures between 46°F during the day and 33°F at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 15th (Tue) so you can go by car to Epernay.

Epernay — 1 day

Best known for its Champagne production, Épernay is a small town featuring several famous brands, including Moët & Chandon, that have been aged in the miles of tunneled cellars carved from chalk rock beneath the town.
Start off your visit on the 15th (Tue): do a tasting at Champagne Charles Mignon, then do a tasting at Mercier, and then make a trip to La Chocolaterie Thibaut.
