Ernée is a commune in the Mayenne department in north-western France.It is named after the River Ernée, which runs through the town and is situated about halfway between the towns of Laval and Fougères. Start off your visit on the 18th (Wed): pause for some serene contemplation at Basilique de Notre Dame de Pontmain, see the interesting displays at Musee du poire, and then take some stellar pictures from Chapelle Saint-Michel.
