Easily accessible and idyllic, Maho Bay Beach offers travelers a calm, pristine escape from the crowds. Weekends bring a larger influx of people, but you can easily find plenty of peaceful spots on the weekdays. Suitable for children due to its shallow waters and gradual incline, the beach remains an outstanding snorkeling destination. While there, you can also spot manta rays and swim with green sea turtles that feed on sea grass. One of the most popular and best beach in the island. Quiet, easy to access and lots of sand. Everything that you need can be found here. Drinks, food, beach toys, chairs and restrooms. If you arrive early enough you can find spots in the shade for the entire morning. If you are adventurous enough you can go to the island across the beach. Otherwise plenty of space to snorkel 🤿 along the beach.

Maho Bay Beach is a popular stop when visiting St John's. Thought it was a very beautiful beach and glad we made the trip. While snorkeling we saw several stingrays and five very large seaturtles which made the trip. The only negative was the fish were few and not as beautiful as the ones we swam with at Coki Beach. Overall we enjoyed our day.
