Broadway Tower, Broadway

Great day out, we took our dogs and there were plenty of other dog walkers and young families. Plenty of parking, toilets, cafe. We took a picnic and enjoyed sitting outside. Paths were well signed and there were some that were suitable for pushchairs, mobility scooters and wheelchairs. Other routes were more uphill, but great for a bracing walk. I would recommend (£4 ticket online included parking and grounds - but not entry to the Tower). We will definitely be back!

Got to say we spent a good 3hours exploring the tower and having lunch at this site,it appears the great William Morris has some connections with the tower which seems to have been built as a folly, but having said that the most important thing about this place is the jaw dropping view which is absolutely sensational,it is said on a clear day several counties can be viewed from the top of the tower. The only thing I think they could improve on is the entrance, which you could easily miss. Visited again recently but the tower was closed which was disappointing but I think they were doing some work on it. Hope come back soon as it's always worth a visit.
