Cool place, but not when you're living next door, especially every Sundays morning class, the teacher is screaming out loud for whole hour, unbearable!! I can't enjoy any Sundays morning on my balcony because of the screaming, I can even hear it inside the flat with closed windows it's that bad, it's like my nightmare Sunday alarm! Absolutely insane!. Some days there is 2Djs at the same time playing 2 different kind of music, i have to leave my flat, unbearable, lets add screaming kids and yeah I'm done, totally hate leaving next to it!!!
