By the time the USS Bowfin was retired after World War II, it had successfully completed nine separate patrols in the Pacific Ocean and had sunk more than 14 enemy vessels. Had a great experience visiting the Submarine and learning more about the history of America. Growing up, Pearl Harbour was only something we touched on in the history books in Canada. I wanted to learn more for much of my life and finally, after 28 years, got the chance to visit. I did not know when I arrived that I would get to tour a Submarine and it was awesome! The museum is well managed and it is air conditioned! Had a ton of fun.

This submarine was awesome! The audio is really interesting to hear as you walk through the inside of the sub. The submarine is huge! You will not believe how many bulk heads you have to walk through from front to back. Nice little gift shop but be careful, they get you on the "free pearl"!
