Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels, New Braunfels

Couldn’t put a 0 in so gave a 1 star. This place has gone to the dumps. Will never return. Please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT stay @ Boogie Bay Condos ( a dump) I mean beyond horrible. They lie at reservations no matter what you ask about. Listed below are just condo issues 1. Very grungy & run down 2. Commode seats broken and not attached 3. Had to go buy curtains for sliding doors (they only had one dirty panel that didn’t even cover the doors) 4. There is NO coffee maker ( called 3 times prior to ask) they use a 2 cup pod maker like in hotels 5. Dirty towels from previous guests left in washer 6. Numerous door handles , lights, vents, fans broken. 7. Due to check in at 4pm. Said they would call & give us a discount on 1st night. They NEVER called we were sitting in parking lot and just noticed cleaning lady had left. Called and said oops so sorry they said they called. 8. The one star would be for some of the great workers (Devin & Taylor) @ the cabanas. They were awesome. 9. Park has gone downhill so bad I will not return . Such a shame. Used to tell people this place was awesome but now it’s a money hungry dump. DON’T WASTE Your money on time here. Not worth it

I love this park. Not many people are aware that it's so big you have to take a shuttle to the other side of the park. The one with the extremely tall castle is the more adult friendly one. There's a pool that has a bar in it and the pool is shallow and small enough that your kids can swim right next to you and it's easy to keep an eye on them. Time does pass fairly quickly tho so if you want to ride everything in both parks go on a less crowded day. Some lines can take an hr and most take anywhere from 20-40 minutes. Cell phone cases hold phones and cards. Lockers are digital at a kiosk so no lost keys. Staff is awesome too.
