  • Great hike! Beautiful views! Now I understand why there's no pets allowed. This hike is pretty tough for a dog my pup would definitely pull me down n have us fall to our death.
  • Best in San Antonio for hiking and trail running. True dirt trails with about 6 miles of range without repeating, if you want to go that far, but with well mapped shorter trails, if you prefer. No bikes so you can feel safe on your feet and not have to stay on high alert like at McAllister. Parking can be packed, especially on weekends but you can leave your car on the roadside leading in.
