Went to the Rupauls Drag Race Show tonight and this venue is NOT wheelchair accessible. We bought wheelchair specific seating and it is very unsafe to access as it is down a very steep, long walk way... very easy for them to hurt themselves and you REQUIRE someone to help as it is too steep for a wheelchair patron to access on their own. Going up the steep walk way was extremely hard, I could not push the wheel chair up and needed two people to help as its so difficult. No idea why they decided to put the wheelchair location is such a dangerous place. When we got to our WHEELCHAIR SPECIFIC seats, they asked the wheelchair patron to switch to a different seat so it would be 'easier' even though we purchased the correct accessible seats. It was very rude to suggest that she moved seats to a location where there was 20% view of the stage so it was 'easier'. Don't offer wheelchair seats if you are just going to make someone feel bad and try to move them to horrible seats for your convenience. Pros: they had a great drop off area for people with disabilities and someone came to help assist her into the venue fast which was very considerate. The venue is beautiful inside. A very kind man helped push the wheelchair patron through the crowd as it was a big show with a very large crowd. But this venue IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.

The Majestic was amazing! The staff overly polite and helpful. I've attended many shows and concerts here...dating myself to way back in the mid 80s. What incredible memories I have. What I was unhappy about was how late the show started...how distorted the music and sound was. I could barely understand anything that was played or said. Also getting a souvenir from the show seemed to chaotic. Unfortunately I didn't leave with one. Oh well...I guess it wasn't meant to be.
