We were there in the off season. My 4 year old granddaughter enjoyed it. The two shows we saw were fun. More rides than animals.

Car parking was fine but that was the highlight of our day. Queued for half an hour to get in the park itself. 70% of the rides were closed or out of service. The only ride the adults got on...

My toddler LOVED Sea World! We went as part of a family trip and it was a blast! Make sure to check the weather to plan accordingly and remain flexible. I HIGHLY recommend the passes. I will be paying for a Platinum Pass; it has proven it's usefulness already. There are areas that Pass Members don't have to wait in as long of a line and the discounts given are incredible, not to mention nifty. The kids enjoyed the shows and seeing their happiness was worth all the walking and standing and lugging of items. Now, that being said, souvenirs, food, etc, are super expensive (hence I recommend the Passes)! I would have given Sea World 5 stars but I took issue that we bought the reserved seating so the family could stay together and skip ques but we had to wait with everyone else and the reserved section wasn't all that great. Also, we weren't asked to show to most shows our reserved seats cards so it was money we felt we shouldn't have had to pay. They used to allow you to take snacks but policy changed days before our trip and we didn't know so we had to throw a lot of snacks and drinks (except water) at the entrance or else have to take to our cars and get back in line. Overall, it's a trip definitely needs planning, expect big expenses, take extra clothing because you'll get wet, comfy shoes for lots of walking, and take advantage of the offers that are offered.

Business model of the sea world has to be revisited considering the comfort of the people. a lot has to change in the operating model. we have to waste lot of time in standing queue under 100 degrees for hours to enjoy any rides or to get a slice of pizza. A 13 year old girl passed out waiting in food court almost an hour. seriously they have to put in shelters in place and other possible ways to address the heat issue. If they can plan the place to be human friendly that would be great. We are in 2022 and still the system in place looks like 1980. Lot can be improved. if not major changes, small changes and minor addition in facility wise would go a long way. From Parking - at least there can be ride made available for senior citizens or people who have difficulty to move around. Again, a lot can be done to make this place better, but seems the only aim is milk money from the people. More than a fun it becomes headache and torture to take 2 kids and go in and come out alive. My cousin got headache with the too much of heat and waiting for a ride for 1.5 hours and at the end the ride was not that great.
