We chose this sail hoping to see some gray whales and we did. We spied a mom and her baby, dolphins and penguins. If we had seen no animal life, the sail would still have been wonderful - beautiful.... more

Recently sailed with Sail San Diego and it was a great experience! I would recommend everyone to check them out and book a trip. They offer multiple time frames that you can book at your convenience. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I went as a couple but you can book a party of 6-8 if I’m correct. The pricing was very reasonable for the 2 hrs we spent sailing. Our captain, Zach was very knowledgeable and made our trip very pleasant. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the SD area.

The 3hour small group tour of San Diego Bay was the perfect way to experience the beautiful waters and skyline of San Diego and Coronado Island! The boat was extremely comfortable and was equipped with a roomy downstairs including a bathroom and kitchen including drinks and snacks!! Our captain, Madeleine, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun!! She made sure that we were comfortable on deck, providing cushioned seating and blankets. We saw sea lions, dolphins, seals, as well as beautiful boats and fighter jets. I highly recommend Sail San Diego’s sailboat tour!!
